Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is once again sponsoring the Healthy Kids Running Series in our hometown of East Brunswick, New Jersey! This event is designed for kids to get active, feel accomplished and lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. The Healthy Kids Running Series will take place every Sunday for 5 weeks from April 26-May 17 starting at 4:30 pm until 5:30 pm. A Healthy Kids Virtual Running experience is also being offered due to the coronavirus pandemic, so you can participate in this fun event remotely from any location you choose.

 

The alarm clock hits 6 am and the sounds of the classic Sonny & Cher song “I Got You Babe” wake you up. You realize that you’re in the same place you were 27 years ago: a B&B in Punxsutawney PA and cringe that you’re repeating the same day again. That was the experience news anchor Phil Connors, being played once again by the one-and-only Bill Murray, had during the Jeep 2020 Big Game commercial. 

We enjoy giving back to our community, especially during the holiday season. That’s why we decided to contribute one of the prizes to be given away at the APEX Off Road Holiday Toy Drive! The APEX Off Road Holiday Toy Drive will be taking place on Sunday December 22nd from 11 am to 2 pm at the Quaker Steak & Lube, located in the Wick Shopping Plaza at 561 US Route 1 in Edison NJ.

Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is pleased to be hosting a food drive to benefit the Veteran of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 133 of East Brunswick! We’ll be collecting non-perishable food items from now until Wednesday November 27th for this great cause. We’ll have a special pickup truck on our showroom floor and it will deliver all of the donations to the VFW just in time to give our veterans in need a Thanksgiving meal.

We did this last year and we’re going to do it again this year. In commemoration of National Suicide Prevention Month, Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will be donating $50 for every car we sell during the month of September 2019 to the Hackensack Meridian Health Carrier Clinic! Last year, we raised $6,300 for the Carrier Clinic and hope to give them even more this year!

We’re proud to continue our tradition of making holidays a community event by once again sponsoring the 4th of July Celebration in our hometown of East Brunswick! This family-friendly celebration will start at 4 pm at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center, located at 721 Cranbury Road. We know this is the perfect spot to see the fireworks, which are scheduled to begin at around 9:30 pm.

We will be teaming up with Mid-Atlantic based club Lost Off-Road to run the Rt. 18 Truck & Jeep Show on Sunday June 2nd from 10 am to 2 pm at the American Legion located at 4 JFK Drive in Milltown NJ! At this event, we will be giving out several trophies for vehicles in a variety of classes, styles & categories. The cost to enter is $10 and all proceeds from the show will benefit Unbroken Warriors.

We are proud to be a part of our community and we’re going to start the summer off right by sponsoring the S’Woodstock Classic Car Show & Outdoor Concert! This event will be taking place on Saturday June 1 from 2-5 pm at Spotswood High School, located at 105 Summerhill Road. Admission is free and it’s fun for all ages.
